The first DNS server in 🇰🇿 Kazakhstan’s capital has been launched with the support of NOVA Cloud.

OpenBLD is now even closer to its users — both digitally and physically.

Fast response, reliable filtering, phishing and tracker protection — now right next door.

🔧 What’s new with the Astana node launch:

• Even faster response times in the capital and northern regions
• Available over secure protocols: DNS-over-HTTPS (DoH) and DNS-over-TLS (DoT)
• Reduced latency and smarter traffic distribution
• DNS filtering is now even more stable under high load
• ✅ Geo-distributed traffic between major cities: Astana, Almaty, Shymkent
