Keenetic​

Use ADA or RIC as DoH/DoT DNS provider on your Keenetic router:

Mikrotik​

warning

OpenBLD.net uses HTTP/2 protocol. Mikrotik does not support HTTP/2 and can not be used such as DoH client.
